January Constituent of the Month: Gayle Fitzpatrick, Plymouth

I'm happy to name my January Constituent of the Month, Gayle Fitzpatrick of Plymouth.

Gayle is the founder and president of Friends of the Plymouth Pound and she has dedicated herself to finding safe and loving homes for animals in need. On behalf of the Plymouth and Barnstable District, I want to say thank you for your work.
